Lead Generation Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business within the decorative materials sector for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive new business opportunities and support continued growth.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating qualified leads, and developing a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound sales activity, networking, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Manage and update CRM records, tracking lead progress and reporting on performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into new business.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is advantageous).
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable.
