Lead Generation Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business within the decorative materials sector for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive new business opportunities and support continued growth.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating qualified leads, and developing a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound sales activity, networking, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Manage and update CRM records, tracking lead progress and reporting on performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into new business.
- Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is advantageous).
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
