We're looking for ambitious, resilient, and driven Lead Generators to join my clients' growing business energy consultancy based in Preston.

We're looking for candidates with experience in the business energy sector. If you're confident on the phone, thrive in a target-driven environment, and love the challenge of turning conversations into opportunities, we want to hear from you.

The Role
As a Lead Generator, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with business decision-makers and identifying opportunities within the business energy market.

You'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to generate new business leads and appointments.
• Building and managing your own pipeline.
• Qualifying prospects and understanding their utility requirements.
• Working towards targets with a genuinely uncapped commission structure.
• Developing your skills with the opportunity to progress into sales closing and future leadership roles.

Experience Required

• Previous experience in the energy sector as a lead generator, telesales exec, appointment setter, or outbound sales exec.
• A proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
