V7 Recruitment are working with a leading construction and data centre delivery specialist to recruit an experienced Project Planner to join their growing project delivery team in Copenhagen, Denmark
This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner with construction experience to work on large-scale, technically complex data centre projects. You will play a key role in developing, managing and monitoring project programmes across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

- Develop and manage baseline and target construction programmes using Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
- Monitor programme progress, critical paths, risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce detailed progress reports, tracking schedules and programme updates for project stakeholders.
- Develop construction methodologies, sequencing and phasing plans alongside project teams.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and the supply chain to incorporate design, procurement and construction activities.
- Support change management by assessing programme impacts and advising on potential delays.
- Produce as-built programmes and analyse deviations from the project baseline.
- Lead weekly and monthly programme reporting.
- Support pre-construction and tender planning activities.
- Mentor and support junior and graduate planners.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Experience in construction planning and programme management on large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
- Experience developing and managing programmes across design, procurement and construction phases.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and critical path analysis.
- Experience with data centres, mission-critical or other technically complex projects would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of NEC, JCT or FIDIC contracts would be beneficial.
- Experience with BIM, Synchro, 4D planning or collaborative data platforms would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
