Lead Project Manager

ALink Recruitment are working with an engineering consultancy that are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Project Manager with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, who would also be happy getting involved within business development/sales. 

Lead Project Manager

• Minimum 7 years experience
• Aviation experience ideal
• Experience and knowledge across multiple projects and strong understanding of commercials
• Experience in bidding also is ideal
• Must have experience in client facing roles (not looking to recruit someone who has only been in client organisations)
• Ability to work independently and looking to build a career in a growing company (happy to get involved in sales, bidding and delivery)
• Likely to need to travel between client offices a few times a week which may include clients in Luton
