What You Will Do:

- Coach and guide a cross-functional Scrum Team to understand and implement the Scrum framework and practices effectively.

- Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring seamless execution.

- Remove impediments that hinder project progress and promote continuous communication within the team.

- Support the team's efforts to create high-value products by managing the Product Backlog and ensuring clear goals and scope.

- Motivate the team, enhance dynamics, and manage external interference to maintain effectiveness.

- Share accountability for project success and act as the glue that holds the team together.
