Lead / Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

We are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong installation background who is ready to take the next step into a Lead Engineer role.

The successful candidate will oversee and support a team of AC engineers, provide technical guidance on site and carry out surveys for works requiring quotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the air conditioning engineering team
• Provide technical advice and guidance to engineers on site
• Carry out air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance
• Complete site surveys for quotation works
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Support the operational and commercial teams with technical input
• Liaise professionally with clients, engineers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong air conditioning installation experience
• Excellent technical knowledge of AC systems
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or supporting engineers
• Confident carrying out site surveys
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Full UK driving licence
