We're seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to oversee the full survey process, from initial order to final report. What You'll Do

• Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
• Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
• Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
• Produce high‑quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
• Attend site visits and support client relationships
• Promote additional services and support business development
• Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
• Investigate non‑conformances and maintain accurate records
• Support colleagues and represent the surveying function professionally

What You'll Bring

• Experience in passive fire protection surveying
• Hands‑on experience installing fire protection systems (essential)
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
• Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing
• Business development experience, including advertising and tender submissions
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
• Minimum ASFP/IFE Level 2 qualification, with formal fire door training from BRE, FDIS, FPA, IFI or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence is essential
