Leakage Technician

Aqua-Tech Recruitment are working on behalf of an established organisationc to recruit for an experienced Leakage Technician to join their field-based team.

The ideal candidate will be based west of the M25, with the role covering a busy area including Central London. You will work from home and travel to scheduled customer sites, with occasional overnight stays where required.

The Role

• Carry out water leak detection using specialist equipment including CAT & Genny, listening sticks, correlators and ground microphones.
• Complete accurate leak detection reports and meter readings.
• Conduct water audits and identify opportunities to reduce water consumption.
• Provide practical advice to customers on water efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and work to agreed KPIs.
• Follow all company health & safety procedures.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in leak detection, water, utilities or a similar technical field.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Accurate with paperwork, reporting and data.
• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Patient, tenacious and health & safety conscious.
• Flexible to travel, including occasional nights away.

A full clean UK driving licence is essential, and applicants must be aged 25+ for insurance purposes.
