Location: Kent
Contract Type: Permanent/Hybrid 3 days per week in the office
Salary: circa £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and design tailored development programmes that align with organisational goals
- Facilitate engaging learning events, that inspire and empower employees to reach their full potential
- Implement innovative learning strategies that utilise the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data driven recommendations for improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on all learning and development matters, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision and values.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development role, preferably within the housing or a related sector
- Essential qualification - CIPD Level 5
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools
- A proactive, innovative thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing needs.
