  • Resilience & Patience: A calm, encouraging demeanour and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by students with sensory impairments.
  • Compliance: An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to undergo one) is required.

What We Offer

  • Impact: The unique reward of seeing the direct, daily impact of your dedicated support on a single student's growth.
  • Flexibility: Full-time and part-time paths available to fit your lifestyle.
  • Specialist Training: Ongoing professional development, including targeted training in visual impairment support and assistive technology.
  • Competitive Package: Excellent rates of pay with an immediate start date.
