What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis within KS2 classrooms
- Assisting pupils with complex needs in the inclusion hub
- Helping to implement EHCP targets under teacher/SENCo guidance
- Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Monitoring and feeding back on student progress
- Promoting pupil confidence, participation, and independence
Ideal Learning Support Assistant For this Westminster School:
- A graduate, ideally in psychology or a related field
- Experience working with children or young people preferred
- Empathetic, patient, and confident in managing challenges
- Committed to full-time hours until July 2027
- Passionate about inclusive education and SEN support
