Learning Support Assistant – Westminster Primary School | September Start
Location: Westminster, North West London
Salary: £105 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school? Perhaps you're a Psychology graduate seeking valuable experience supporting children with additional needs before pursuing a career in educational psychology, teaching, or therapy?
A highly regarded 'Good' graded primary school in Westminster is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive inclusion team from September. Ideally located close to Kensal Town, the school benefits from excellent transport links via Westbourne Park, Queen's Park and Kensal Green stations, making it easily accessible from across London.
This rewarding role will involve supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and other additional learning requirements. You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to help pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve their potential.
