Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tailored 1:1 and small-group support in line with individual learning plans and EHCP targets.

  • Supporting pupils with varying levels of autism-related support needs, adapting strategies to individual requirements.

  • Assisting with personal care where required, ensuring pupils' dignity, safety and wellbeing are maintained.

  • Supporting sensory regulation, positive behaviour and successful transitions throughout the school day.

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and other support staff to create a structured, inclusive learning environment.

  • Encouraging independence, confidence and the development of essential life skills.

In return, you can expect:
  • A rewarding, long-term opportunity within a specialist SEND environment.

  • Competitive daily rates reflective of your experience.

  • Ongoing support from a dedicated SEND recruitment consultant.

  • Access to CPD and professional development opportunities.
