About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping students thrive both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside Teachers, Therapists, and Education Professionals, you'll provide tailored support that promotes learning, independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to support students to overcome barriers, develop new skills, and celebrate achievements—big and small.

We're Looking For People Who Are:

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism and additional learning needs
  • Caring, patient, and committed to making a positive impact
  • Resilient and confident working in a dynamic educational environment
  • Able to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Experienced in education, care, support work, youth work, or a similar setting, or able to demonstrate transferable skills
  • Dedicated to promoting inclusion, independence, and positive outcomes
