Learning Support Assistant in Bromley, London

Prospero Teaching is recruiting Learning Support Assistants for Secondary schools across Bromley and South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Location - Bromley and South East London
Position - Learning Support Assistant
Type of work - 1:1 and small-group SEN support
Contract or position start date - September
Contract or position end date (if applicable) - Ongoing
Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary (Academic year)
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - GBP95 - GBP110 per day, depending on experience
Hours - 8:00am - 4:00pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree preferred
· Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
· Experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs desirable
· A passion for education and supporting student development
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
· Provide two professional references
