Salary: £90–£120 per day
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in the Radlett area. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Learning Support Assistants, graduates considering a career in education, or individuals with transferable skills who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons and learning activities.
• Support students with their academic, social and emotional development.
• Help create a positive, safe and encouraging learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other support staff to meet individual student needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication, patience and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
