The school encourages curiosity, creativity and confidence from an early age, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.

The school is looking to appoint a part-time Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis from September. Working mornings only, the successful Learning Support Assistant will support children aged 3 and 4 within the Early Years provision, assisting with learning activities, encouraging positive development and helping to create a safe, engaging classroom environment. The role will also include providing personal care where required, so applicants must be comfortable supporting pupils with their individual care needs in a respectful and dignified manner.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within an Early Years setting

• Experience supporting children aged 3 and 4

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach

• Experience providing personal care, or a willingness to undertake personal care responsibilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive and adaptable attitude
