EYFS/SEN Learning Support Assistant

Location – Winchester

1st September 2026 – 23rd October 2026.

Term time only.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Daily Pay - £92.63

This role would be supporting a non – verbal 7 year old child with autism who is working at an early year’s level. The school is looking for an educator who is committed and compassionate. This is a temporary role before the child moves to a specialist provision.

Applicants should have:

  • Previous experience of working in an EYFS/SEND setting
  • Relevant references
  • An enhanced child only DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • Relevant training for the role is desired but not essential
  • An up to date CV outlining education and employment history

  • Is flexible, energetic, resilient and committed to working with all children, including those who may need higher levels of support in order to learn
