Vision for Education is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic individuals to join our Learning Support Assistant Training Programme. Whether you've worked in care, customer service, hospitality, the NHS, childcare, coaching or another people-focused role, you may already have the transferable skills needed to succeed in a school environment.

No previous classroom experience is required. We'll provide industry-leading training, ongoing support and paid placements in local schools to help you build a successful career in education.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to support pupils throughout the school day. From helping children stay engaged in lessons to providing encouragement and promoting positive behaviour, you'll become an important part of the school community.

Every placement offers something different, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across a range of age groups and educational settings while developing valuable new skills.

• Primary Schools (EYFS, KS1 and KS2)

• Secondary Schools

• SEND Schools

• Alternative Provision Settings

• Enjoy working with and supporting others.

• Have experience in care, support work, retail, hospitality, healthcare, sports coaching, childcare or similar.

• Are patient, positive and reliable.

• Can communicate confidently with children and adults.

• Are looking for a long-term career with opportunities to progress.

• Fully funded training before entering the classroom.

• Paid placements in local schools across the Wirral.

• Weekly PAYE pay with competitive hourly rates.

• Free CPD and safeguarding training.

• Support from a dedicated education consultant throughout your journey.

• Flexible full-time and part-time work.

• A willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
