A well-established further education college in Northamptonshire is looking for a Lecturer in Construction and Built Environment to join its team on a part-time basis. The Role As a Lecturer in Construction and Built Environment, you'll deliver engaging and industry-relevant lessons to both full-time and part-time learners. You'll act as a course tutor, supporting students throughout their studies while managing the associated administration, monitoring attendance, and contributing to their overall success.
You'll also play an active role in developing the curriculum, ensuring programmes continue to reflect changing industry demands and support the college's ongoing development.
What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
  • A minimum Grade C/Grade 4 (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English Language.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related subject.
  • Relevant industry experience within the Construction Management or Civil Engineering sector.
  • A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent.
