We're particularly interested in hearing from professionals with expertise in livestock, arable farming, farm management, agricultural technology, agronomy or the wider agricultural sector.
Please note: This is a Variable Hours position, with teaching hours dependent on curriculum delivery.

🚜 What You'll Do
As a Lecturer in Agriculture, you'll bring your industry knowledge to life by:
- Teaching and assessing students across Agriculture programmes
- Delivering engaging, practical and classroom-based learning
- Sharing current industry knowledge, techniques and best practice
- Supporting students to achieve their qualifications and progress into employment, higher education or further training
- Providing pastoral support, encouragement and guidance
- Helping learners build the confidence and professional behaviours needed for a successful career
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and professional practice
Most importantly, you'll help students understand how the knowledge they gain today connects to the real challenges and opportunities facing agriculture tomorrow.
🌾 What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can combine agricultural expertise with a genuine passion for developing people.
You'll ideally have:
- A qualification in Agriculture or a related land-based subject
- Relevant industry experience and/or teaching experience
- Knowledge of modern agricultural practices, technologies and developments
- A passion for agriculture and a commitment to inspiring the next generation
- The ability to engage and motivate learners from a range of backgrounds
- A teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential
