What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging, hands-on Engineering teaching across levels from Level 1 to Level 3
• Bring theory to life using real industry experience in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and maintenance engineering
• Teach practical workshop sessions including CAD, machining, fabrication, fault-finding, and technical drawing
• Support learners into apprenticeships, higher study, or employment in engineering industries
• Embed high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professional engineering practice
• Inspire learners with real-world insight, standards, and expectations from industry
What You’ll Bring
• A background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, maintenance, or related discipline)
• Strong hands-on industry experience or previous teaching experience in further education
• Relevant Level 3+ qualifications in Engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
• A passion for developing others and sharing real-world knowledge
• Teaching qualifications are welcome but not essential — support will be provided
