What We Offer

Salary:

Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata

Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 – £40,814 per year, pro rata
(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 26 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do

• Teach and assess learners across Level 2–3 Hospitality programmes and T Levels, where appropriate
• Deliver engaging, practical and industry-focused lessons
• Develop learners’ technical, customer service and employability skills
• Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher education
• Share your industry knowledge and real-world experience
• Help learners build confidence, professionalism and ambition
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive and inspiring learning environment

What You’ll Bring

• A relevant Level 3+ qualification in Hospitality, Catering, Hotel Management, Events, Food & Beverage or a related subject
• Strong hospitality knowledge and practical industry experience
• The ability to engage, motivate and support learners
• A passion for practical, inclusive and industry-relevant learning
• A Level 4 teaching qualification is welcomed, but not essential — we’ll support you to gain one
