We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer in Hospitality to join our team at Salisbury Campus.

You’ll bring your industry experience into the classroom and practical learning environment, helping learners develop the technical skills, professionalism and confidence they need to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further study.
What We Offer
Salary:
Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 – £40,814 per year, pro rata
(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 26 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
- Teach and assess learners across Level 2–3 Hospitality programmes and T Levels, where appropriate
- Deliver engaging, practical and industry-focused lessons
- Develop learners’ technical, customer service and employability skills
- Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher education
- Share your industry knowledge and real-world experience
- Help learners build confidence, professionalism and ambition
- Contribute to an inclusive, supportive and inspiring learning environment
What You’ll Bring
- A relevant Level 3+ qualification in Hospitality, Catering, Hotel Management, Events, Food & Beverage or a related subject
- Strong hospitality knowledge and practical industry experience
- The ability to engage, motivate and support learners
- A passion for practical, inclusive and industry-relevant learning
- A Level 4 teaching qualification is welcomed, but not essential — we’ll support you to gain one
