What You’ll Do

• Teach and assess learners across Motorsport Engineering programmes, delivering both theoretical and practical learning activities
• Deliver engaging and inclusive sessions within classrooms, workshops, garages, and specialist engineering environments
• Support learners to develop knowledge and skills in race vehicle systems, engine and chassis technologies, diagnostics, fabrication, motorsport electronics, vehicle dynamics, data acquisition, and engineering practices
• Embed current motorsport industry knowledge, emerging technologies, health and safety, sustainability, and professional standards into learning
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, learner support, and professionalism
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement, progression, and career readiness

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Motorsport Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience within motorsport, automotive performance, race team operations, vehicle preparation, engineering, diagnostics, fabrication, or related sectors
• Knowledge of current motorsport engineering practices, technologies, and industry expectations
• Experience supporting, mentoring, coaching, or developing others in a professional or technical environment
• A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
