We're looking for candidates who:

• Have relevant teaching/lecturing experience or strong industry experience
• Hold relevant qualifications within their subject area
• Are passionate about supporting and developing young people
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Are reliable, professional and enthusiastic
• Have a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality education

Teaching qualifications such as a PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent are desirable, although relevant industry experience and a willingness to work within education will also be considered for some roles.
