Are you an LED, Video or Live Events Technician looking to develop your career with a growing technical production business?

We're recruiting for a Junior LED / Video Technician to join an established team based in Upminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their technical career who already has some hands-on experience with LED screens, video systems or live event production and wants to continue developing their skills.

You'll be involved across both warehouse preparation and on-site delivery, supporting the preparation, installation, operation and de-rig of LED and video equipment for a variety of projects.

The Role

Working alongside experienced technicians, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, testing and checking LED and video equipment ahead of projects
• Assisting with the build and de-rig of LED video walls
• Handling and connecting LED panels, data cabling and power
• Supporting video system setup, signal distribution and routing
• Loading and unloading equipment for projects
• Installing and commissioning equipment on-site
• Fault-finding and basic technical troubleshooting
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring it remains show-ready
• Supporting technicians during live events and installations
• Working across a mixture of warehouse and on-site environments

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who have gained experience within:

• LED screens / LED video walls
• Live events or technical production
• Video equipment and systems
• AV installation
• Digital signage
• Events equipment hire
• Production warehouses

You should have a good understanding of working safely within technical environments and be comfortable with the physical aspects of equipment preparation, installations, build days and de-rigs.

Essential Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with LED, video, AV or live event equipment
• Good practical and technical aptitude
• Confident working both in a warehouse and on-site
• Reliable and comfortable working as part of a technical team
• Flexible towards working hours when projects require it
• Full UK driving licence
