A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administrator to join a leading professional services organisation, providing administrative support to a busy specialist team in its Leeds office.

This role would be particularly suited to a graduate with 6-12 months' Legal office administration experience who is looking to establish a career within a professional services or legal environment.



The Role

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy team, ensuring documentation, records and processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
  • Managing electronic and hard-copy filing
  • Processing post-completion registrations and documentation
  • Checking documentation received from external organisations
  • Ensuring completed paperwork is accurate and distributed appropriately
  • Assisting with marketing and business development administration
  • Organising and maintaining accurate electronic files
  • Supporting archiving processes
  • Monitoring workload and team capacity
  • Providing regular updates to the Team Administrative Coordinator and Line Manager
  • Liaising with internal teams and external organisations where required
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Around 6-12 months' office, administration or professional services experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • The ability to manage and organise large volumes of documentation
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative
  • The ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • A professional and confident manner when dealing with clients and external organisations
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within a professional services environment

Previous legal experience is advantageous. The role offers excellent exposure to a professional environment and would be an ideal first step for a graduate looking to build a long-term career in administration, legal support or professional services.
