Legal Administrator in Surrey

Are you an organised, proactive and detail-focused legal administrator looking for your next career move?

We're currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established and growing legal business in Surrey, supporting a busy property team and playing a key role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and clients receive an excellent level of service.

You'll provide essential administrative support to the property team, helping keep matters moving efficiently from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the property team
• Assisting with the smooth progression of property transactions
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is handled correctly
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and other relevant parties
• Supporting the team to deliver an excellent client experience
• Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Helping ensure deadlines and key stages are followed through

We're looking for someone who is:

Previous legal, property or conveyancing administration experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
