An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Romsey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their experience within commercial property and become part of a supportive, professional and forward-thinking legal team.

The Role

Working closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners, you'll play an important role in supporting a busy commercial property team and helping to deliver an excellent service to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support to the Commercial Property team
* Assisting with the progression of commercial property transactions
* Preparing and managing legal documentation and correspondence
* Undertaking property and legal searches
* Managing files, records and key dates
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties
* Supporting fee earners with their caseloads and general administrative requirements
* Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within required timescales

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop their legal career within commercial property.

You may already have experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Legal Administrator, ideally within a property environment, or you may be an ambitious candidate looking to take the next step and specialise in this area.

You'll bring:
