Salary: £30,880 - £35,535 pa (basic salary + location allowance of £4,500)
Location: London – Hybrid, 2 days minimum in the office – 3 days working from home.
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: 1 x Permanent – 1 x Fixed-term Contract – 12 months
We have an exciting opportunity for two Legal Assistants to join our team. If you can offer experience of maintaining legal files and databases, and possess good customer service skills, this is an opportunity to play a key role providing comprehensive support to our In-House Advisory Service at the General Dental Council.
Person Specification:
- Experience of maintaining legal files, databases and other records in a legal environment demonstrating commitment to ensuring quality and accuracy of work, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of dealing with evidence and preparing trial bundles.
- Ability to plan and organise workload, managing own time effectively and suggesting new and more efficient ways of working.
- Strong team-working skills and ability to support others.
- Good customer service skills with a positive, “can do” attitude to all tasks and challenges set.
- Ability to ensure compliance with GDC’s policies and statutory obligations with regard to data protection, equality and diversity, health and safety, and employment.
