Are you an experienced legal assistant, paralegal, or conveyancer looking for an exciting opportunity in a thriving residential conveyancing department? Our client, a well-established organisation in the legal sector, is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the team, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing proactive communication to keep clients, third parties, partners, and other conveyancers updated on progress.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Assisting fee earners/solicitors in managing their caseloads effectively.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Setting up and closing files with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handling interactions with Land Registry, mortgage lenders, and search providers.
  • Preparing and issuing client care letters and contract packs.
  • Assisting with completions and managing post-completion matters.
  • Meeting clients to conduct initial ID checks.
  • Managing a caseload of sale and purchase transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Proven residential conveyancing experience.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
