Birchrose Associates is representing a leading Global law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to support a Partner and Associates within its City of London office.

The Firm

Our client is a highly regarded Global law firm with an excellent reputation in the legal market. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their London office.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate would be an experienced, proactive and highly organised Legal PA, providing high-level support to one Partner and four Associates within the International Trade (Global Regulatory) team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day support, managing diaries and inboxes, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documentation and assisting with billing and other administrative processes. Duties to include:

  • Proactively manage diaries, inboxes, meetings and travel and anticipating scheduling challenges
  • Build strong relationships with fee earners, clients and key contacts
  • Support business development and financial administration, including pitches, billing, expenses and client documentation
  • Produce and manage complex documentation and filing
  • Providing support and PA cover as required

This Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm (essential)
  • Strong billing experience including e-billing (3E desirable)
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in International Trade / Global Regulatory is desirable
  • A working knowledge of French is desirable
