Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary for a well-established law firm in Worcester, supporting a busy Family Public Law team. Previous Family Law experience is essential, with Public Law/Care Proceedings experience highly desirable.

Legal Secretary Responsibilities:

• Supporting solicitors with Family Public Law and Care matters.
• Preparing correspondence, court documents and bundles.
• Managing diaries, hearings, deadlines and case files.
• Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and external agencies.
• Assisting with Legal Aid, CCMS/LAA and general administration.

Essential Skills:

• Previous Family Law experience is essential.
• Public Law/Care Proceedings experience highly desirable.
• Legal Aid/CCMS experience advantageous.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
