Location: Coventry  Term: Full‑Time, Permanent Salary: up to £28,000 + excellent benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing accurate audio and copy‑typed documents

• Managing emails, digital files, photocopying, scanning and general document organisation

• Completing forms and preparing legal documents with guidance

• Carrying out online searches and submitting applications to the Land Registry

• Updating and maintaining matters within the case management system

• Supporting compliance processes, including ID checks and verification

• Preparing completion statements, invoices and transfer documentation

• Handling client and professional enquiries — in person and over the phone

• Assisting with reception duties when needed

• Providing day‑to‑day administrative support across commercial conveyancing matters

What You’ll Bring

• Confident audio typing skills

• Strong IT literacy

• Understanding of conveyancing processes

• Experience using case management or accounts systems

• A professional, approachable manner with clients and colleagues
