Legal Secretary - Agricultural Property- Norwich.
A Solicitors practice in Norwich are looking to recruit a legal secretary to their specialist agricultural property team.
The successful candidate for this position will be expected to provide support to lawyers within the team, taking on duties such as:-
- The opening and closing of files to include the production of initial client paperwork and completing client ID and regulatory checks.
- Audio typing.
- Scanning, filing and photocopying.
- Making and taking calls to provide updates and taking/delivering messages to fee earners.
- Diary management on behalf of fee earners.
- The reserving of meeting rooms when needed and preparing rooms ready for meetings/conferences and on occasion attending meetings to take notes and provide assistance.
- General administration support to the team
Experience in legal secretarial work will be required for this position, with experience in Agricultural or other property related department being clearly beneficial. You will be friendly and personable in nature and will be a clear communicator with a good eye for detail.
