Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant

Location: Enfield, Greater London

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company growth, our client is recruiting for a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join their professional outfit. This role would suit someone who would like to join a well-established and respected outfit, who can offer comprehensive training schemes and development plans. Client sites are based around and within the M25, therefore close access to the area is essential. Applicants must be confident in completing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings. Our client is offering excellent basic salaries, in addition to comprehensive benefits packages, including a company vehicle and fuel card.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant
• Must hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Flexible to travel in line with company needs
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Good communication skills

The Role:

• Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems
• Identifying required remedial works
• Communicating findings to clients
• Producing detailed technical reports and accompanying schematic drawings
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, to answer technical queries
• Adhering to personal performance targets
• Training new risk assessors
