The Role * Conduct Legionella risk assessments across commercial, industrial, and residential portfolios. * Inspect domestic hot and cold water infrastructure as well as complex evaporative cooling towers. * Translate site findings into clear technical reports using custom iPad software on dedicated home-working days. * Oversee microbiological water sampling and coordinate with UKAS-accredited laboratory partners. * Work alongside CAD specialists to integrate accurate water system schematics into final compliance packs. What We Are Looking For * City & Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessment (or recognized equivalent). * Active membership with The Water Management Society (WMSoc). * Proven track record conducting Legionella risk assessments across commercial or residential facilities. * Practical knowledge of UK water safety legislation, ACoP L8, and HSG274. * Full UK driving license.
