We are looking for a motivated and professional Legionella Risk Assessor to join our growing team, covering a range of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential properties across the South East.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with BS 8580 and ACOP L8.
• Producing clear, accurate, and professional reports.
• Identifying risks and recommending practical remedial actions.
• Managing your own workload and diary efficiently.
• Building positive relationships with clients and providing expert advice.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Plumbing experience is desirable
• A sound understanding of ACOP L8, HSG274, and BS 8580.
• Experience assessing a variety of water systems and property types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant Legionella Risk Assessment qualifications are desirable.
