Location: UK wide but predominately Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus company vehicle, fuel card, credit card, phone, tablet, pension and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and professional Legionella Risk Assessor to join our expanding team.
We’re seeking someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to delivering top-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
- Carry out site surveys of domestic and commercial water systems
- Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate remedial actions
- Produce detailed, accurate reports within agreed timeframes
- Advise clients on control measures and compliance improvements
- Support other team members with water hygiene and remedial works when required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274
- WMSoc or City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification – essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
