Legionella Risk Assessor

Seeking an experienced and motivated Legionella Risk Assessor to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company delivering high-quality water hygiene and Legionella risk assessment services across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Legionella risk assessments in accordance with current legislation and industry guidance, including ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Inspect water systems, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate control measures.
• Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive risk assessment reports.
• Communicate findings and recommendations professionally with clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Travel to client sites across Manchester and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, and relevant water hygiene standards.
• City & Guilds or equivalent Legionella Risk Assessment qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
