Lettings Consultant – Corby

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum + performance-related bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm, plus rostered Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Commercial Recruitment is working on behalf of a successful and established estate agency business to recruit an experienced Lettings Consultant to join their Corby branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who is motivated by targets, enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and is looking for strong earning potential through a competitive bonus structure.

The Role

As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants, while supporting the day-to-day lettings and property management operation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting rental property viewings
• Qualifying new tenant leads generated through property portals
• Providing excellent landlord care and maintaining strong relationships
• Providing excellent tenant care throughout the lettings process
• Handling general lettings and property management duties
• Managing your diary effectively and coordinating appointments
• Working towards targets and maximising opportunities

About You

We are looking for someone with previous lettings and/or property management experience who is confident dealing with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within lettings and property management
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• A professional approach and strong work ethic
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong diary and time-management skills
• A target-driven and ambitious approach
• A genuine desire to succeed and maximise earning potential
• A full UK driving licence
