Lettings Consultant / Property Manager | Leeds

We're working with a highly respected independent estate agency in North Leeds to recruit a Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established independent agency with an excellent local reputation, offering a varied role that combines lettings, property management and customer service. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants while helping to drive the success of the branch.

The Role

• Generating and conducting property viewings
• Booking and arranging market appraisals/valuations
• Delivering excellent front-end customer service to landlords, tenants and applicants
• Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors
• Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Supporting the wider branch team with general lettings administration and enquiries
• Building strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience

About You

• Previous experience within residential lettings and/or property management
• Confident carrying out property viewings and generating new business opportunities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Positive, proactive and professional approach
• Comfortable working within a busy, close-knit independent agency
