MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Letting Manager on a temporary basis in Norfolk.

The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills, good housing knowledge, leadership experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the lettings team to allocate vacant properties efficiently and in line with policy.
  • Drive performance across lettings and void management.
  • Manage, coach and develop Lettings Officers and support staff.
  • Build relationships with local authorities, housing providers and stakeholders.
  • Work with housing and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor KPIs, including void turnaround, tenancy sustainment and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement service improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation, GDPR and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits, manage void property risks and maintain accurate records.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in a Lettings Manager, Allocations Manager or similar social housing role.
  • Strong Housing Association or Local Authority background.
  • Proven leadership and team development experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering service improvements and managing change.
  • Proficient in housing management systems and Microsoft Office.
