Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Working Hours: 5 days per week, including every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked)
Salary. £30,000
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying potential tenants
- Conducting property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to achieve the best outcome for all parties
- Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Supporting the wider team in achieving branch lettings targets
- Keeping up to date with lettings legislation, compliance, and local rental market trends
About You
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, professional, and positive approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
