Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Conduct property viewings
- Match applicants to suitable properties
- Negotiate offers and secure tenancies
- Progress applications through to completion
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage tenancy renewals
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Carry out property inspections
- Complete check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain tenancy records and compliance
About You:
- Experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent or Property Professional
- Strong knowledge of residential lettings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
