Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator (Part-time) - Bramhall 
£25,000 to £28,000 pro rata + commission
2 days per week (one day must be Friday) + one Saturday per month

We're working with a long established, independent property company that has built an excellent reputation through exceptional customer service, local knowledge and a genuinely supportive team culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a part time position with flexibility. One working day must be a Friday, while the second weekday can be agreed to suit you. You'll also work one Saturday each month.

This is a close knit business where everyone supports one another, so finding someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team is just as important as previous experience.

You'll manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move in, providing an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants. This role is purely focused on lettings and you will collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure a seamless services for both tenants & landlords. 

What you'll be doing...

• Registering and qualifying applicants.

• Arranging and conducting property viewings.

• Matching applicants to suitable properties.

• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.

• Progressing applications through to completion.

• Preparing tenancy paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

• Liaising with landlords, tenants and referencing providers.

• Keeping applicants updated throughout the lettings process.

• Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.

• Working towards individual and team lettings targets.

• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.

What you'll bring... 

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential for this role. 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

• A proactive, positive approach to work.

• Confidence negotiating and building relationships.

• The ability to work independently while also being a genuine team player.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
