Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for your next opportunity in Manchester City Centre?
We're looking for a customer-focused Lettings & Sales Consultant to join a busy, independently owned estate agency. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining lettings, sales and customer service in a supportive team environment.
The Role- Arrange and conduct lettings and sales viewings
- Register and qualify applicants
- Negotiate offers and progress sales and tenancies
- Respond to enquiries by phone, email and online
- Carry out inspections and check-outs
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and contractors
- Generate new business opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings & Sales Consultant
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
