Are you a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting new opportunity in Basingstoke? A friendly and nurturing nursery is looking for a dedicated early years professional to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about creating positive experiences for young children and helping them develop the confidence, curiosity and skills they need for their next steps.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver fun, creative and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
• Create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for every child.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and fellow practitioners.
• Observe children's progress and contribute to their individual learning journeys.
• Support the effective day-to-day running of the nursery.

The ideal Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent early years qualification.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to create positive relationships with children and families.
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive during their early years.
