About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely nursery in the heart of Westerham.
We are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development, providing high-quality care, and creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
They are also happy to consider a Level 2 qualified candidate who is looking to progress their career. They will support the right candidate through their Level 3 training, with a starting salary of £11–£13 per hour, depending on age and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2–3 years.
Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Work effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies and procedures.
Contribute to planning and delivering activities that encourage children's development and independence.
Maintain professional standards and undertake required training and CPD.
What They Offer
£14.25 per hour / £29,640 per annum for a Level 3 practitioner working 40 hours per week.
Level 2 candidates who are willing to train for Level 3: £11–£13 per hour, depending on age and experience.
