Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Reading

ASAP Start | Fridays Only | Temporary | £15-£17 per hour

Are you a passionate early years professional looking for a flexible opportunity? A welcoming nursery in Reading is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a temporary basis, working Fridays.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who is looking for regular Friday work and wants to make a positive difference to children while gaining further experience within a supportive early years setting.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning and development through engaging activities.
• Follow the EYFS framework and contribute to children's individual learning journeys.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Support children's wellbeing, confidence and independence.
• Work as part of the nursery team to ensure a positive day-to-day experience for the children.

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS.
• A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for early years education.
• The flexibility and reliability to work Fridays.
